I'm curious how the licensing works for GMRS on the farm with non-family members? I would think every non-family member would have to get his or her own GMRS license. Seems like way more of a hassle than business band. Your business band equipment looks like it needs a little maintenance and upgrading, and once that is taken care of... Business band would run circles around GMRS and make GMRS look quite silly. Especially if you installed a business band repeater. There would be no comparison.

The field at 5:20 is located here 47°43'49.6"N 109°48'01.6"W. At rough calculation just this one field is 3.0 km2 or 300 hectares or 740 acres.

Could some kind of screen such as an alfalfa seed screen be used in the combine to clean up the seed sample. Found this video interesting and look forward to more videos as they come available.

I remember watching the beat season in Denmark in the 70s on telly, fascinating back then, fascinating now.

I’ve been watching this video since it first came out and I’ve continued to come back and watch it again every 6 months or so. It is still truly epic, the scenery, the editing and the soundtrack. Boundary in the beginning, transitions timed to the score. That beautiful Montana scenery. The Missouri breaks. I’ve never been but I am in love and hope to visit the area one day. Thank you for this video it has and continues to inspire me. I’m a small dairy farmer on the east coast. Cheers!

I know you guys aren’t John Deere people, but that 9770 is one of the best combines to ever roll out of the harvester works in East Moline, Illinois. It was one of the last Pre-DPF combines from John Deere.

I am not a farmer, but I wonder if they could combine the Camelina and have a "dirty" sample (with pods left in), then clean it at the yard, and see if this would be helpful for efficiency and less loss

If you need any ideas for videos, Stuttgart AR is the rice and duck capital of the world. The amount of trucks running during harvest is wild. Come on down during rice season it's a sight to behold!

Thank you for this video. We also grow camelina in France. However, we have never managed to reach 2t/ha so far. I would also say that it is not a very low carbon renewable fuel compared to any legume species such as soy (without fertilizer).

Could do with a few self propelled harvesters (Ropa/Holmer/Grimme). One machine that does multiple jobs (cutting leaves, lifting beets, cleaning). That's how it's done in Europe
